How do I apply for a Crown agent account, and what are share and non-share models?
Crown share-based agent:Minimum opening amount is RMB 5,000, with credit according to the agreed share ratio. The maximum share is negotiable.
A credit-system share agent bears the corresponding percentage of win/loss.
For example, if you take a 50% share:
- If the customer wins 10,000, you lose 5,000 and the company loses 5,000;
- If the customer loses 10,000, you win 5,000 and the company wins 5,000.
Share-agent credit purchase formula:Amount payable = purchased credit amount × (100% - your share percentage).
If your share is 30%, buying 10,000 credit requires: 10,000 × (100% - 30%) = RMB 7,000.
Non-share agent rebate:
- 1.75% (no turnover requirement);
- 1.80% (weekly turnover reaches RMB 500,000 or above);
- 1.85% (weekly turnover reaches RMB 1.5 million or above).
Agent rebate for 50% share or above:
- 1.75% (weekly turnover reaches RMB 100,000 or above);
- 1.80% (weekly turnover reaches RMB 3 million or above);
- 1.85% (weekly turnover reaches RMB 5 million or above).
Crown share-agent rebate formula:Valid turnover × (100% - your share percentage).
Rebates are settled to the account after 16:00 every Monday.

How do I deposit?

What is the member rebate?

- The C-plate system automatically rebates 0.75% in real time; hidden rebates are settled by weekly turnover:

How do I use password recovery?
Register your email address to use this feature. Please note that Gmail is no longer supported; use an email address other than Gmail.
How can I view account history older than 8 days?
Account history only shows records for 8 days. If needed, please ask your upline to check.

Can a mistaken bet be cancelled?
Sorry, our cancellation policy only covers operational errors by the company and errors in basic betting information (reference information is not included). Member mistakes are not covered.
A member cannot bet and sees “System optimization in progress, please wait.” What does this mean?
The system is being upgraded, so betting is temporarily unavailable. Please check again later.
After placing a bet, it says “Bet slip pending confirmation. Please check status in My Bets.” What does this mean?
“Pending confirmation” means the bet is waiting for the system to determine whether it succeeds or fails.
What are the differences between Hong Kong, Malay, Indonesian and European odds?
- Hong Kong odds - positive odds; winnings are multiplied by odds, losses deduct the stake.

A goal was almost scored when I bet. Why was my bet still confirmed?
When you place a bet, the system decides within a short time whether to confirm it. Under this mechanism, all bets placed at the same time show the same bet status regardless of win or loss. If you believe the goal time and bet time were too close, please seek support assistance for investigation.
What is the difference between parlay 2x1 and 3x1?
- 2x1 - you must bet on 2 selections or more.
- 3x1 - you must bet on 3 selections or more.
What is the maximum payout for parlays?
The maximum parlay win is RMB 1 million.
What is the maximum payout for correct score?
The maximum correct-score win is RMB 1 million.
What is a fantasy event?
A fantasy event combines two matches from two different events for result prediction.
Credit Questions
Why are win/loss results not directly added to or deducted from credit?
Because your credit is in automatic recovery mode and is restored every day at 12:00 noon.
Odds Questions
Why are odds shown as negative?
Negative odds mean winning the full stake while losing less. Example: stake 1000, odds -0.880, win 1000, loss -880. For details, refer to theodds conversion table.
Can you provide odds movement tables for events?
We do not provide odds movement tables. To verify whether bet odds or markets are correct, please provide the relevant bet slip number to support.
Bet Cancellation
Can you cancel my bet?
A successfully placed bet cannot be cancelled if the market and odds are correct.
Why was my bet cancelled as “bet failed”?
The system did not accept the bet when you placed it, so it is shown as failed.
Why was my bet cancelled as “abnormal betting”?
The company treats abnormal profit behavior such as arbitrage, software betting or group dumping as abnormal betting. For such bets, the company reserves the right to hold or cancel them before, during or after the event.
Why was my bet cancelled as “incorrect result”?
Because the live score was incorrect, the bets are cancelled. Please check Personal Announcements for the relevant event information.
Why was my bet cancelled as “market/odds error”?
Because the market/odds were wrong, the bets are cancelled. Please check Personal Announcements for the relevant event information.
Why was my bet cancelled due to “referee video decision”?
When a major incident occurs, the referee may use VAR to decide it, which can cancel previously confirmed bets. Cancellation applies from the beginning of the incident until the final official VAR decision. Please check Personal Announcements for event details.
A match was abandoned. Why are some bets cancelled while others are settled?
According to our abandoned-match rules, bets with a clear result are still settled. For example, if you bet full-time over 1 goal and the abandoned score is 2-0, continuation of the match does not affect that bet because the result is already clear.
Outright Betting
What is outright betting?
Outright markets allow prediction of whether a team, league participant, tournament entrant or racer will become champion.
What is the dead-heat rule?
- If a market has two or more winners, the profit is reduced. The stake is divided by the number of winners and then multiplied by the original odds. That portion of stake and profit is returned, and the remaining stake is lost.
- Example:
- Step 1 - You bet £5.00 at odds of 16.0, with possible profit of £75.00.
- Step 2 - Your selection and another selection win at the same time.
- Step 3 - The win/loss calculation is (stake × odds) / number of winners - stake. Therefore, win/loss is ($5.00 × 16) / 2 - $5.00 = $35.00.
- If there are more than two winners, the stake is divided into corresponding equal parts.
- The dead-heat rule does not apply where final ranking rules can determine the order, such as group-stage events.
Result Questions
Why are score-site results different from yours?
The company does not use score sites as the basis. Payouts are based on official sources or relevant sports authorities.
Does full-time basketball score include overtime?
Full-time and second-half basketball results include overtime scores.
Does full-time football score include extra time?
Extra-time scores are not counted within normal full-time results.

Live Streaming
Do I need to pay to watch live streaming?
Live streaming is currently free for our members.
How do I know which events have live streaming?
If an event has live streaming that day, a TV icon appears to the right of the team name. Click it to watch. You can also click the live-streaming option at the top of the page and choose from the schedule.
Why can’t live streaming be watched in some countries?
Due to copyright restrictions, live streaming is currently available only in China.
Why can’t I watch events held in my country?
We can only show certain permitted events based on your IP address.
Is live streaming delayed?
Live streaming may be slightly delayed; in such cases the company is not responsible for ensuring real-time delivery.
What happens if team shirt display is incorrect?
Shirt display is for reference only; the company will try to keep it accurate where possible.
How do I handle slow page loading or frequent disconnection?
Try connecting to other websites to determine whether the issue is your connection or the live-streaming connection. If you cannot connect to other sites, contact your network provider.
Parlay Calculation
If one parlay selection loses half, how is the bet calculated?
Calculate the odds of the half-loss selection as 0.5, multiply by the odds of other winning selections, then deduct the stake.
If one parlay selection wins half, how is the bet calculated?
Half-win is calculated as (1 + odds) / 2, then multiplied by the odds of the other selections and minus the stake.
